your credit card information on our site so your

your bank that you intend to make international
charges on your card to avoid problems with your
bank authorization. Please note that we can only
send the purchased products to the cardholder's
billing address. Viva Jilian has the right to ask
for further information to validate the legality

| What happens if
I receive a faulty product? |
| We accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise due to size reason or defective merchandise for an exchange (or store credit if the specified item is out of stock). Simply inform us at returns@vivajilian.com with the receipt I.D. and return the item within 14 days from the date of invoice, along with the invoice (enclosed with your order) and original brand tag (if available) and we will gladly exchange the item for the right size or selection. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. A USD$20 restocking fee is levied on returned items. |

We will send you the shipping cost through email and you should settle the payment by using Paypal if agreed. Please allow 4 to 10 working days for delivery after the transaction is completed. A confirmation email will be sent to you right after the shipment is sent out.

| Will I be charged
import taxes or duties? |
Some countries will tax
imported goods and this may apply to you. However,
even this is not consistent for every state or region
within each country, and the shipping company will
also make a difference as to whether tax is charged
or not. Taxation and import duties also might not
be applied if customs does not inspect your package.
However, please understand
that in some cases, your country may elect to
charge a tax on items you order from Viva Jilian.
We have no control of this. If your government
requests that you pay tax on your purchase, you
must pay it to receive the product. We are not
responsible for paying your taxes. If an order
is returned to us due to your refusal to pay import
tax, we will charge a USD$20 restocking fee
if the order is returned to us as a result. The
shipping fee will also NOT be refunded. Kindly
ensure you understand this policy before purchasing
from us.

| Can I find out
the delivery status of my order? |
| Yes. Once your order has left,
you will receive an Order Confirmation email specifying
your Tracking Number and the URL at which you can
track your shipment. Simply go to the URL page and
enter your Tracking Number. |

| Are there times
during the year which you are closed for business? |
| Yes, we observe all major holidays.
Basically when the post office is closed, we are
unable to ship our products out. You can send us
orders and these will be processed on the first
business day following the holiday in the order
in which they were received. |

emails to you but have not gotten a response. What's
going on? |
Please be sure to send
to our customerservice@vivajilian.com. If you sent
your inquiry during a public holiday or a weekend,
please expect an answer by the following business
day.
Also beware that some mail
servers block our email address. If you have not
received a response from us for a long time, consider
mailing us from a Hotmail or Yahoo email account,
or you can call our office directly.
